Accessibility Page

We pay special attention to the accessibility of our site. It is important to us that every user, regardless of their abilities, can easily find the information they are looking for and enjoy using the service. By ensuring accessibility according to international standards , we remove barriers and make the product more convenient for everyone. Our commitment to this principle helps us reach a wider audience and create a positive experience for people with disabilities.

Accessibility Standards

We structure the design and development of our site in accordance with international accessibility standards. Specifically, our goal is to meet the criteria of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We consider Level AA to be the optimal compromise between complete accessibility and realistic implementation.

Implemented Measures

  • Zoom: The text and content of the site can be enlarged. This complies with WCAG requirements.
  • Colour contrast: We use colour schemes with sufficient contrast. This ensures high readability for users with poor eyesight.
  • Keyboard navigation: All site functionality is accessible via the keyboard: users can navigate menus, forms, and buttons using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys. We have ensured that all sections of the site can be operated without using a mouse.
  • Alternative texts: All images and tables  on the site have descriptive alt attributes assigned to them. This is a mandatory WCAG requirement. This allows people using screen readers to know what is depicted.
  • Semantic markup: We use correct HTML5 tags and ARIA attributes to convey the meaning of page elements.

Known Limitations and Plans for Improvement

We understand that working on accessibility is an ongoing process. At present, we have identified some limitations that we are already working to address. For example, we plan to enable images to be zoomed up to 200% without losing content. The team is also striving to improve colour contrast to at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. We are constantly monitoring the development of standards and are already preparing to transition to WCAG 2.2, the new version of the accessibility guidelines. The W3C Accessibility Working Group recommends adopting WCAG 2.2 as the new benchmark for websites, and we aim to implement its recommendations.
